As a Preferred Employer, you'll receive: Waived Application ($85) for the eligible employee & Admin fee ($200) (roommates, or other applicants, would be responsible for the application fee), PLUS
3% off base rental rates.
How to Qualify?
To qualify for the Preferred Employer Program, applicants must:
- Be employed by a participating company at the time of application.
- Provide proof of employment (recent paystub, work badge, or offer letter) when applying.

A: Any current employee of an organization on our approved employer list. You’ll need to provide proof of employment at the time of application. Application fees are only waived for eligible employees.
Q: What documents do I need to provide?
A: A recent pay stub, an official offer letter, or a current employee ID from your qualifying employer.
Q: Can the Preferred Employer discount be combined with other specials?
A: In many cases, yes — our Preferred Employer benefits can be stacked with our resident referral bonus. Ask our leasing team for current stacking rules.
Q: Does the program apply to lease renewals?
A: Preferred Employer incentives apply to new leases only.
